We did not find out the gender of our baby when I was pregnant with Henry. We had so much fun doing it that way with him that we have decided to do the same this time around. Doug jokes about telling people that we are on are going to our 'gender reveal' party when we head to the hospital once I am in labor. I do have a feeling this time around that we are having a girl. I never really felt strongly one way or the other with Henry. We will have to wait for our epic party to find out.
This past week we went back and looked at the pictures I took of my belly growth when I was pregnant with Henry to compare. It is so funny to see the differences between the two. And to see how huge I got with Henry. I never really felt that big, which is really all that matters. My prayer, is that it will be the same this time. I still feel great most days, thank you Jesus!
It has been hotter the past week and I am getting a little tired of it. I realized though that the main reason is I have outgrown many of my summer faux-maternity clothes that I wore to get me through the second trimester but all of my real maternity clothes are sweaters, jeans, and long sleeves. I am ready for fall. It will be here soon.
Speaking of being here soon, I am in the third trimester and as Doug put it.."We have September, October, then BABY MONTH!".
