I have two breakfasts I enjoy making and eating. Eggs and toast and steel cut oats. Pancakes and waffles almost never make an appearance on our breakfast table (too sweet for me in the morning) but will be the main dish when we have brinner. I could eat these two breakfasts over and over and over again. I enjoy breakfast the most when Doug is here to enjoy it with me, there is no rush, and when I don't overcook the eggs.
