Some Trip Highlights:

We had the most wonderful time in CA. Some highlights:
- Laughing so hard it hurt while having game night with Greg and Beth
- Kogi short rib tacos
- Getting to go to church with G&B. We loved meeting their friends and pastor, seeing the beautiful theater, and enjoyed a refreshing sermon and beautiful worship led by Greg.
- Seeing friend Lonnie and getting to meet his sweet girlfriend, Amber.
- We went and saw an improve show at the comedy club that Greg is involved with. It was fun to see where he gets to perform and we got to meet some other really wonderfully nice people there.
- El Matador Beach - the rock formations, the cooler weather, and the peaceful drive.
- Afternoon naps
- Walking to Starbucks AND Trader Joe's.
- Doug and I went down to Disneyland for a day. We loved our date day together. We rode rides, ate ice-cream, people watched, and stayed in a fancy hotel. We also watched the fireworks from the pool patio at our hotel. It was like a private viewing.
- We went to the Hollywood Bowl and saw John Williams and his special guest James Taylor. The music was so beautiful and the night was perfect.
